Sometimes it is not possible to install an Awning straight onto a wall as in some cases the wall is not strong enough or there may not be a wall exactly where you wish the awning to go.
In the installation below it is a timber cladded building which is not strong enough to effectively hold the weight of an Awning.
This Awning is our most robust Awning model that can achieve very large sizes. This installation is 7m in width with a 3m projection. We use a total of three posts and a crossbar that makes the structure totally independent from the building.
Awning posts are sunk into the ground and concreted in place.
You can see above that the end result is kept neat.
Above is the finished Awning installation. The valance that is in the front bar can be easily removed during the winter months to keep it looking pristine for the summer months.
