Here is a recent installation of a Freestanding Awning installed in Bedford, Bedfordshire.

This Awning consists of two, full cassette Awnings mounted back to back. In this instance they are both 6m x 2.5 which gives a total coverage of 30 square metres. As well as Freestanding Awnings, sometimes people refer to this type of Awning as a Twinns or Butterfly Awning.
