Just a short note to say that we were very pleased with the glass Veranda that we had installed recently. The two fitters arrived before 8am and were finished and all tidied up within four hours. Very efficient workers as they had built many before. They worked non-stop throughout and enjoyed the odd cups of tea while working. We are now looking to make more use of our garden through the summer months with the cover and shade that the Veranda will give.

As requested in your letter dated 15 August I am writing to let you know my estimation of the service provided by your company.

I\'ll start from the beginning - getting information on your products. I sent away for information from National firms that advertised in the press and your company was the only one that sent a letter with the brochure. I considered this to be a good start and contacted you to arrange for someone to come out and explain what your products were and cost.

I was very impressed with Mr Gledhill who explained in great detail what size blind we required and the technical details of the material used. After Mr Gledhill gave me the cost, which I thought was very reasonable and I ordered the blind.

On the day of the fitting the team who came to install my awning arrived on time and were very polite and friendly. They were Sean and Lee they completed the installation without any fuss and left the work area in a clean and tidy condition.

We have used the awning and it is exactly what we required. I can say from start to finish the service provided by your company has been excellent and I would not hesitate to use you again.

I can tell you that the service and finish on the work was excellent. Your two fine lads turned up on the appointed day, were welcomed with a cup of coffee and got straight on with the job. They hardly stopped they just quietly got on with it. They were finished by 2-30 in the afternoon and left the site impeccably tidy.

Intending to reduce maintenance when we are a lot older than we are now we deliberately chose a small house - thing is it is just that tad too small. Because of the position of the gates, central heating fume outlets, windows and what all a conservatory was out of the question. Your Veranda was just the solution we needed. The heater is very effective and it is very likely that this year we will have our family Christmas lunch out on the patio instead of being cramped in the kitchen!
