Les was as good as his word and our blind was fitted at the end of May. The two fitters arrived on time, even though they had travelled for hours to get here. They were both pleasant in manner and professional in the way they exectued the fitting of the sun screen.

Since then our blind has faultlessly glided up and down - we love it.

Please accept my apologies for the delay in writing to you.

The veranda that Nationwide fitted for us is stylish, finished to a very high standard and a wonderful asset. I must also congratulate your construction team on a job very well done - they faced foul weather and inordinate delays from the sub-contractor, whose transport system seemed to be over-tasked on the day. Nevertheless they were cheerful and worked through until the job was finished, leaving the site very clean before they left.

I would like to thank all concerned from the time approached your company for the quotation to alter the entrance of my garage door with a central pillar to a single roller door spanning across the whole drive in.

After doing considerable research from talking to individual builders and suppliers to measure doors but who took no responsibility for reconstruction work needed. My garage is detached with a pitched slated roof, the weight being supported by the pillar was considerable and it would mean finding a structural engineer to assess the right size of an RSJ to support the weight of the roof over a 17ft span.

Upon reading an advert in a Sunday newspaper I was alerted to your service of undertaking the whole task from start to finish. After reading your background on the internet I asked for a brochure which was very explicate. I phoned your company on the 2nd November and asked for someone to come and assess the task and give me an estimate. Mr Moss came on the afternoon of 5th November, after examining the site he gave me an on the spot quotation. I gave him an order there and then. All the conversations I have had with your office staff have impressed me with the manner in which my enquiry was handled. I would also like to thank your surveyor from Billericay. He was very thorough taking lots of photos of the structure, which were spot on and gave the exact measurements needed to ensure everything was the right size.

Your work arrived on time and were very professional in tackling their tasks. I was very impressed that everything came on a large van with the RSJ and the door carried on the roof. The tools they came with especially the hand operated fork lift enabled the task of removing the 7ft concrete lintels to take place in a few minutes as was the task of fitting the RSJ.

The demolition of the unwanted bricks and other items including the unwanted doors were placed in the skip which you provided was taken away. The site was left very clean.

In conclusion it is unusual these days to find office staff and the workforce to carry out their duties on time and in a very friendly manner. Many thanks to you all, I will certainly be very pleased to give potential customers an assurance they are dealing with professionals.

1. Your team of two arrived punctually on 30 September
2. It was obvious from the outset that both members of the team were totally aware of their respective responsibilities and functions.
3. The door was installed and tested in a short space of time.
4. The team leader explained the operation and alternative means of opening and closing the door to me in detail. I was then given further written instructions, emergency handle, keys etc.
5. Having removed any litter from the area, the team departed.
6. The quality, finish and operation of the door, battery and control box are excellent.

This transaction began with a very professional and informative presentation by your sales executive Mr McBrearty. As goal posts were required and our terrace was built on a hollow concrete platform we were concerned that the weight of the structure would not be supportable but your company agreed to survey the site before we placed an order which was most welcome.

The installation was bound to be a lengthy process because of its scale and complexity. We were surprised and impressed that your fitters arrived at 7.30 having driven from Stoke-on-Trent via Birmingham. They worked tirelessly, methodically and highly professionally until completing the work at 4.30, sparing little time for occasional cups of coffee and their sandwiches.

They were unfailingly courteous and informative and once the work was completed. Everything was left in pristine condition with no clearing up required.

Having worked in the business for more than 40 years I must congratulate you on an outstanding team that you have built up. The product is exactly what we wanted and we would have no hesitation in recommending your product and service to any of our friends who may in turn come to admire our new awning.
