Just a note to say a very big thank you for the wonderful service I received from ordering and having my awning fitted, there was no pressure when I was choosing it and having it fitted. The installation team arrived at the time stated, whey they started I asked if they would like a drink. They said ‘not just now’, not like most workers. When I asked later if they would like a drink, they said ‘only if your having one’, very considerate.

When the awning was finally fitted and I had it open it looked fantastic over my veranda, now I will be able to open my large patio doors.

The team went through everything with me, the right and the wrong way of using the controls. They make a perfect team and were very polite. I hope all your workmen are first class like this one. Once again a very big thank you.

The initial visit was very informative and the representative’s flow of information gave me a feeling of confidence regarding what was going to be a rather unusual installation (on a lean-to conservatory used as an orchid greenhouse) compared to your normal ones. I was pleased to find that the wide choice of blind fabrics included one that appeared to have similar optical characteristics to the more technical greenhouse shading fabrics used commercially. All my questions were answered fully and, apart from considering carefully the cost, I had no hesitation in placing the order.

The survey was carried out quite quickly and relevance technical points were discussed.

The installation was very impressive because it took place smoothly with zero fuss and bother and was the slickest installation of any (kitchen, bathroom, conservatory etc) that we have had done since we moved in our house. Everything fitted in place first time for both the twin screens and the twin roof blinds. This confirmed to me the experienced professionalism of your company.

I found the appearance of the slim line design of the roller housings (with their hidden motors) and the guide rails to be excellent and unobtrusive.

I look forward to the time when your units will spring into action.

Your representative, who came to see us initially, explained every detail clearly and was extremely helpful to us.
