I would like to take this opportunity to thank your company for the service that I have received following my enquiry for a conservatory roof blind.
Your sales person, Mr. Les Roots, was most helpful in answering my queries that we had in regards to this product. His call was followed up a few days later by your surveyor who was just as helpful with suggestions on the fitting of the blind.
Your two fitters arrived at the appointed time and set to work installing the blind. All of the specially made brackets and fittings fitted first time, and the whole job was completed in just over two hours. All in all a very efficient service.
The efficiency of this roof blind in reducing temperature and glare has to be experienced to be appreciated.

I am writing in reply to your letter of the 7th, in which you ask for our estimation in the quality of work etc. I can say that we were happy with the people who carried out the installation, both in their attitude and the standard and speed of their work. They were unobtrusive (especially important as everything had to be carried through the house, due to lack of access) and left clean and tidy. The product is as described and we are very pleased with the quality. The only regret is that we could not afford to continue across the whole back wall. However, as it is, it enhances the sitting area.

It was so difficult identifying what supplier to look for when purchasing something that you perhaps only do just once.
Why Nationwide?
My gut feeling was to look at the support given by John Stalker. Because of his background I felt there was a degree of trust in order to give his approval and say so on TV. Secondly, the guarantee secured our decision along with the dedicated staff support of Nationwide
Support proved to be effective and from the first contact I felt that there was complete and full attention given to me. There was no pushy salesman. Indeed, he was very professional and encouraging and did not overstep the line. There were still questions and queries that I needed to be clear about and the Nationwide office were an absolute gem and a credit to Nationwide!
The surveyor came for final measurements and through discussion and decision-making my husband and I decided on a larger awning. Indeed, this was just the right decision and we are so pleased that we made it. It has made a tremendous difference and the smaller one would have been fine, but it would not have been the right decision.
I must have a word for the two fitters the fitting took place very quickly (we were delighted) when we contacted you, the fitters confirmed they had no problem coming early they were outside at 7.00am - did not knock in case it was too early. Of course the first thing I did was to make them a cup of tea. They were remarkable. They worked so well as a team. The work was above the standard I had expected: the wiring was so neatly done and when in the house, it was fixed under the carpet and so professionally done. Even to the extent that they asked how tall my husband was and ensured that it was high enough that he would not hit his head (the awning covered the raised patio). At 6'3" he often catches his head and therefore this was so important although not having met him, they did not know that. They talked me through everything and demonstrated the workings, ensured I was happy with the alignment etc. The fitters are a valuable asset to Nationwide
Finally, I would just like to convey my whole thanks on behalf of myself and my husband. We are absolutely delighted with our sun awning. It is such a pleasure to sit outside but equally, it is so effective. It shades, protects from the sun and enhances the garden. We are very proud owners. Thank you!

We are very pleased with the awning. The weather has not been too good to allow me to make full use of it. However, on the brief sunny spells, we have felt the benefit of it. Our visitors have made very favourable comments about it. We were very favourably impressed by the fitters who worked very well, were very polite and helpful. They were able to fix the electric wiring so that it is completely out of sight. They made very little dust and tidied everything up before leaving.

I wish to express my appreciation of the excellent work carried out by your team of installers (father & son) who fitted a security blind to my patio window on 9 June.
As the patio door was an expensive item, it was important to match it with a top quality product. Having dealt with Nationwide since November 1993, I knew that I could once again rely on the superb craftsmanship of both manufacturer and installers.
